Cancellation Procedure:

If you find it necessary to cancel or reschedule your appointment (i.e. wellness, exam, surgery, grooming, etc.) please inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance by calling or emailing our office. If we’re unable to respond at the time of your call, please leave our staff a message with name, appt date, and time. By contacting us to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we can provide care for another patient during that time.

If you do not appear for an appointment and or have not contacted us to cancel within appropriate allotment of time, you may receive a statment with a No-Show fee. This fee is expected to be paid prior to or at the time that you schedule your next appointment.
